for the keyword with 40k/exact match i belive you can get more than 330$/month, lets say you get 75% of the traffic that means 30000 uv/month = 1000 uv/day, let's say you will have a ctr of 2%, that should get you at least 20$/day = 600$/month but i'm sure you can monetize it even better
