Not sure what purpose you need the AI for, but look into Local Language Models (LLMs), ollama is an example of one. It runs on your own hardware so no internet connection or signup is needed, however it may not be suitable for your purpose.

IMO it does take time, but you also have to ensure your content has a target audience and is able to get high watch times. I'm not sure what form of content you are posting, but 3 reels a day is what works for me.
