from my experience, quality traffic is kinda expensive( well pricey) and it converts really well; if you buy just anything at a low price then it'll just be a waste of money

if you are knowledgeable about affiliate marketing, some networks will pay you in crypto of choice, you could very much earn in crypto by promoting crypto

bought a mailing list from one of the service providers this is quite clear, only running one offer at the moment, something familiar and worked with before, but not emailing; will wait until the ebd of the week to see how things will be then and can start thinking about optimizations

So, what advice would you give someone who is promoting offers for a network through emails. There are over 150 unique clicks from all over the world, but there are no leads yet. So how does one target only a specific region (let's say central Europe), and not get clicks from everywhere?
