Tried this this afternoon on a site with decent backlinks, but still nowhere on google. Site is a few months old. 8 hours later, still not in top 1000, but google did pick up almost 40 new backlinks, which is great. So, I think it's working. Will report any updates. Thanks OP, looks like this...
