All my rejections in adsence were because of "thin content". If your site looks good( logos, colors, responsive, works properly, loads fast) just keep applying. Sooner or later they will accept.

Very interesting. Had an issue with instagram api in the past, after a certain amount of requests instead of an api response got an 403 html response( cloudflare is responsible for that), but i dont used any proxy just php request with some headers.
