Try Convert2Media or EWA. Be upfront with them that your new, but you've got time on your hands and willing to learn. Both have a coaching program.

No it's not that well known. They are more concerned about quality VS volume. They are looking for long term traffic and partners. Not just one week or one month guys. J

Is there any threshold to stay under with the adwords vouchers. For example, if I were to start up a new ADwords account, using a vaild CC, add say $20 and then use the vouchers, is there an amount I should stay below when adding the vouchers, to keep things looking legit? Maybe $200 at most?
