    That's per license..so each time you do a video you need to pay that for the individual company. What I'm not understanding here is why if people have legit video/editing skills, they just don't offer that service period. Most videographers make 75 bucks an hour. Way more than 200 dollars...

Same goes with stock footage..this is a biggy because it can easily be traced and proved...even if it's in a video by using sites like tineye.
