That's per license..so each time you do a video you need to pay that for the individual company. What I'm not understanding here is why if people have legit video/editing skills, they just don't offer that service period. Most videographers make 75 bucks an hour. Way more than 200 dollars...

The bottom line is that if you use something and it says not to, you may get bagged for it. Same goes with stock footage..this is a biggy because it can easily be traced and proved...even if it's in a video by using sites like tineye. If you get nailed for this you're going to get screwed on two...
