SMS Bulk sender
Not a solution but a question.... Is it possible to code something that sends sms messages? Which protocol would be used? I know you can code a tool to spoof your number with VOIP but being able to send bulk sms messages from the command line would be a wet dream for me.- Sudophantom

You don't need to do all those things. If you're using VPN and proxy just make sure your DNS queries are coming from the target location as well. Or idk how iphone is but you can just install an app on droid and spoof your GPS location to be anywhere. This will not change the network you're on...- Sudophantom
