Ok thanks for the advices, i will take a look. There are no manual actions listed on search console. Yesterday i installed the "WP Google Core Web Vitals Fix" Plugin and since then the performance is at 100. Also started a new validtion to let Google know that i fixed it.

What's your DR? If you are starting out, maybe buy an old domain with decent DR and then link your Site like a PBN. It takes more time, but it's much cheaper.
