Don't know what hex of image is but if you are trying to make your profile pictures appear unique, you could batch process them to remove / change their background. https://www.remove.bg/ and https://www.designify.com both provide APIs to achieve this.

There should be several. Kendomailapp is one I can think of right now.

Too much activity too soon will get you in trouble. Also LinkedIn can read your messages, so if you are sending same message and/or links from different accounts, that could get you banned. Try not to depend too much on DMs, you can also look into email finder tools that are way less risky.

What kind of leads do you want to generate? In general you'd want to connect with your target audience and send them info about your product / service, and ask them if they'd be open to discuss it further. Then let the sales guys take over.

Hmm, check the percentage of emails bouncing. If that is high, no program or service can prevent triggering of spam filters.

Did you verify your list? Is your email account warmed up, or is it a new domain?
