I think you've been scammed and you need to refund your buyers and take this as a lesson learned.

No... and the seller probably means they will SHIP THE ITEM OUT in one day. Depending on the shipping speed thats selected you will probably look like a bad buyer... Read the auction to clear things up.

Something happened in chinese customs last month. I think there was fake currency or jewels confiscated or something. They were checking each and every package. Its getting a little quicker, but far from the normal speed.

The thing about that is that ebay is not like amazon. Ebay is an escrow service. And without the seller,ebay has no inventory like amazon does.

The purpose of going to the dollar is to gain feedback and sell more. Not for profit... You may need to eat the costs until you let the account grow

Stop selling them (naturally) and try to wait for the ban to be lifted. In all honesty, the account MIGHT be toast with that. You have already admitted guilt to them. Best to toss the items and sell things that are not vero (Even if genuine) on another account. I would leave the account...

A competitor might have reported you through multiple accounts.

I call total bs only because there are a few sites that use the 'ebay name' like paypalsucks.com for one, that has been up for years... I would wait for them to contact you again, save the emails, not reply, and build up evidence in case it happens to be legit. The large registering of domains...

My opinion: You are scamming others and risking not only peoples hard made/earned accounts, but placing us at risk for the FEDS to come knocking at our door while you roll around in the funds that we send you by western union, Money gram or paypal as a 'gift' People will want their money...
