speed-links VIP has been successfully indexing everything for me. The pattern I have been seeing though is speed-links VIP does get it indexed, but eventually google crawls the newly indexed url's and they may or may not stick in the index based upon google's algorithm. Speed link vip 500 / month have u use it ?
I have been using speed-links VIP for the last couple of weeks with everything indexing same day and staying indexed. But, I indexed 37 static location silo pages last night, they all showed up this morning on google, and now I just checked 12 hours later and half the pages are not indexed now...- sobebadboy
