Agree. Spent 11 days and nothing changed

Dear @nakamura, I have doing your trick for 2 days, but the Instagram ads always shown from my original country/location. Did you experience it at the beginning? I was setting all my stuff to USA, not only spoofing location, phone region, time zone, billing addres in meta, etc.

2 weeks? OMG... So I can assume that we can’t predict when Meta decided to give us subscription option.
