I don’t think so man. If you post copyright video and you gain subscriber, i think those subscribers are like ghost subscriber. Unlike real youtuber subscriber, ex, ace family, lele pons, anwar, etc. Those subscriber are real fans, so they must have watch the video.

2005 facebook accounts with empty profile, no activity and 0 friends? I’m still figuring it out too. But if the accounts have the opposite, some people believe it have fb trust to run ads, or bypass activity that facebook might think it is a bot (posting, adding friends, spamming messages,etc)

You can try to appeal. If its still disabled. Leave it. Just come back a few months, if you’re lucky, facebook will activate your account (it happens to me most of the time)
