Another vote here for knownhost. Their managed VPS's are pretty reliable. Their support is top notch. Never have to wait more than a couple minutes to get help after you submit a ticket. Media Temple, MDDHosting and VPS.net are a few other good ones too.

I disagree. I've heard of quite a few affiliates doing extremely well on facebook. It has a lot to do with your vertical and how you're targetting your demo. Advertising on facebook requires a lot of testing to acquire the neccessary data to run a proper campaign which $50 most likely won't give...

how much traffic are you seeing for being ranked 4th? any revenue rolling in from adsense yet?

someone mentioned earlier that in market samurai the DAILY search number is set as default not the MONTHLY so maybe thats the number you're looking at?
