Have you considered creating your own product? No need to re-invent the wheel. Improve on what is already selling/working. I agree all emails should be value emails, depending on how emails are generated. Going straight to sales would be a good course of action. As too many warm up/info emails...

Not $400 an hour starting out but if you are willing to build a profile, provide samples and work on your voice. Which includes tone, pauses, clarity and so on. It would be achievable.
