I'm worried about CanSpam laws. I may have to warm up the leads a bit by an initial phone call and then sening an opt in form. Or possibly Linkedin. It'll take a lot longer and I'll have to outsource. But at least they won't be spammed and I can sell the leads for a higher amount.

I don't know when/if they've been contacted. They are all American, and I can further narrow it by size of company, type of company, profit, geo location, get the CEO name and email, and date they started their company.
