They still haven’t responded to my mails,just sending automated mails and giving me tickets,definitely something fishy,after purchase they take insta id and password also ,so I have changed that too & reported the bank to be safe..

I looked at some but I’m a bit skeptical now ,are they authentic

Yes I searched and saw the trustpilot reviews which were fake..anyways I have reported to the bank ,hopefully will get my money back but it was an otp based transaction so don’t know whether bank will consider it as fraud..
