I could keep going too. I'm glad people can now see (just SOME) examples of the pompous, narcissistic, rude & unprofessional mess that is NLOSMM. The FACTS are very different from the dishonest story Spawner was telling, huh? That's why I'm no longer using their panel. This was it for me.

These screenshots are from a recent experience that was the final straw for me. To give you context: this is after so many orders (recent and otherwise) being full of issues. Issues that, many times, would NOT get fixed by the date/time they said - and I'd have to lay out EVERY crumb of detail...

Since Spawner wants to LIE about customer experiences on this thread, I will be uploading two sets of screenshots (there's ALOT more too, but I don't have the time to post them all). Let's state some FACTS

First off, "SpawneR" - your "team" has been EXTREMELY RUDE at times, and habitually passive aggressive moat others. I can remember the times they were actually nice, because it was a pleasant surprise that never lasted long But, of course - with this being YOUR panel and with the way YOUR team...

Man, the NLOSMM support team likes to get real bold and/or passive aggressive - for a team that is so often incompetent I find that I have to do THEIR support work FOR them, just to get THEIR server side issues fixed Case in point: Another TWO orders have issues where they were marked complete...

Had to open ANOTHER ticket #4513 for another premium play order for a different track - that today was marked as complete, despite 1,500 plays not being delivered. These are BIG gaps that aren't being fulfilled, yet somehow marked as complete. I hope the issues are fixed soon, the services were...

Spotify orders having issues again! Already had an order marked complete, yet 1,200 prem plays were NOT delivered. Ticket #4496

The Spotify Plays have started stalling again on the weekends. I can confirm the play counts haven't risen since Friday - I waited until now (Sunday morning) to be sure - there was no movement at all yesterday

Update: Play count updated, and the order in question has been completed. The other order has now started as well. I really appreciate how fast these things get resolved, and the better efficiency of the Spotify services. You guys really improved My apologies for any misunderstanding

For some reason, the Spotify Plays always pause on the weekend. Two orders not complete yet, but no movement since friday.

Sent 3 tickets: two are for orders that never started, and the other is to add funds to balance

The Spotify issues have still not been resolved. Haven't heard back from support on my other ticket either.

Hours later, still nothing
