Of course it doesn't count because they have fraud checks. They can check if you complete the offer from the same device and they can also check if you used VPN too.

You are wrong. CrakRevenue has many offers that pay for Single Opt-in (SOI) and Double Opt-in (DOI). Also, what ad networks do you recommend if PopCash and adult.xyz aren't good?
