I did such bot before. Its pretty simple though. Good luck and dont forget referral system to gain organic growth from broke/poor users. Also i would recommend not to register bot username on a weak telegram account(if acc go down so does the bot)

There is a free telegram bots with such functionality. U just send target group link, it replies u with .txt file of @Usernames, last seen, premium(y/n), messages amount etc.

I found pretty easy and cheap way to gain real subscribers fast. DM me if u still into your idea
