is it cpa fraud if you make passworded torrents and ask them to fill out an offer for the password? as they have no interest in the actual offer, they are only doing it for the password

what about something that checks posts for this automatically? ex: if character count < 20 and post contains any of the following words: nice, share, thanks, great, lol, ... then delete the post
