There is a free course on sem rush , its 3 hours but goes into detail on how to use the tools. Its a little dry but will improve ability Plus you get a certification afterwards

I use ahrefs but have never heard of Dragon, will now look into dragon metrics :) Ill let you know if I decide to switch..

If you've done all the proper SEO work then still not edging ahead ,LSI work can get you that extra love.
