MMM Sounds Just Like Paypal did you link Paypal with an actual Credit Card? cause sometimes if you didn't even if you send the right documents they won't accept it or ask for debit or credit card verification neither ways you can get the documents for the account i guess they are easy to find

Yes They do that often and truly it's frustrating I suffer from that myself but I think they limit the account if they did I guess they ask you for some kind of verification right?
