title, must one actually wait 30 days after being denied?

Hi, I am looking for Instagram verification, I have the press, just need someone who can submit the verification through their panel.

I'm more notable than them, I have a handful of articles, biographies and thousands of plays/views yet I keep getting declined. Like i said before, there has to be a loophole these guys are abusing.

I just checked and he is independent, not signed to any label. How would i go about making connections?
