Yep I was just about to post about that.... There was a case where a robber sued a homeowner and won after the homeowners dog attacked him during the robbery... There's been cases where the robber was shot during a home invasion and won even though he broke in and the home owner had a ccw etc...

I would love some more info..This is an area I'm familiar with!
