The latest version 0.7 should work fine. To grab items from a specific channel you can do the following: Put the channel name on keyword, scrap and click where it says channel on the top of the grid. Copy paste (or save and delete) only the items from that channel.

It depends on the site if you can use the tool but I suspect yes. The tool is setup to avoid such bans (but I cannot guarantee anything also usually such bans are temporary and only last a few hours)
