I use HMA and it works well. You can choose a lot of different locations but if you need a high speed vpn with only 8 locations, try viprvpn. It is more expensive but a lot faster.

Does UNF support other languages like French and Dutch ?

Hi, In HMA, you can randomly change your ip using "Schedule IP adress change" option. You just have to set how often you want to change your ip. Another good option is "Secure IP bind" to force some applications to use HMA.
