    Yes citations still have an impact for hidden address listings, but it is less every year. If the address is hidden in google maps, google does not give the option to get driving directions.

    Google knows where you are and they use that to give you local results even if you dont type cityname/state in your search. In fact, this is how most people search. Haven't tested this or seen it tested in quite a while but back when I did, it did not produce any measurable result.

    Don't use URL shortners for this, probably will have ranking issues on the map if you do. You'll need to setup different domains, one for each maps listing. Also make sure the that google even displays a map for your search phrases before going any farther.
