Yes. But you can do that only if account was created. The problem is that facebook phoneblocks accounts before they was created.

It seems that facebook collected the critical amount of people(over 900mil) - and now there is no growth - so facebook decided that most of new accounts are BOTs and why not put phone verification? Any ideas?

This was all the time... If you create account with one IP and then log in with another - facebook simply blocks this account. Now, the problem is that facebook phoneblocks accounts EXACTLY after account was created. I mean when u fill: first name, last name, email, password.... and press Sign...
