If you're looking to create many accounts, there are software solutions available, but they require significant expertise and investment to run profitably. Otherwise, for smaller scale needs, simply buy accounts.

It all depends on your niche, content message, quality of your accounts, there's so many factors. Are your messages even getting to requests or hidden folder? Tbh 20/30 dms a day is not much, there's no real way to tell in such small scale.
