Yup, Google makes it so easy to get a site penalized, all you have to do is post one link on a college's forum. No way anyone would use that for nefarious purposes.

If you're using fresh credit cards with no purchase history, that's probably why. Google has access to the same purchase data that the credit card companies sell to everyone else. You need to start giving those cards a purchase history.
