You kidding me? Most of these sites are full of crap shit and some sites doesn't rank for even 10 keywords. And the traffic on some sites are zero. I mean literally zero, not even 1. And they want $150. LOL

Create that page and add more quality content to it. Or else if the page is of something else then redirect would be the good option
