If not, why so many people buy old channels to reup-change name?

He had another famous channel before. When he released the first video of this channel (and share it on the famous channel), this channel already have had 6k subs and 70k views.
I saw that some famous creator bought acount from others, deleted all old videos and rebuilt as their brand new channel. They actually have own network, but they bought from others. I don't know why.
So I think blogs & forums are obsolete. Most of internet users love facebook groups, youtube & fanpage more than any blog or forum, exept for a few big forums (like bhw, reddit...),

I think so. Some streamer got 1-2k views when I only have 10-20 views.
When I had run google ads to get new users, they came and only criticized everything I do and never come back. Maybe I'm not good at specific ads target
I think personal promotion is good. But I tried before and only my big fans (10 viewers) join. They didn't share to anywhere, and no one in my fanpage want to join.
My promotion just like that:
- MVP of Custom game: 2-5$
- Random mobile card

I only use free ver (and used to use paid ver last year). It's good, but can't help my channel so much, because all of my views are from google ads, and nothing from SEO
