Find all your competitors running ads in the country/state you're targeting, check their adlibrary and see what their running for copy/creatives. Take note of the ones which are running the longest and try to stay similar to those ones, much less chances of bans

Fb is built on trust, the AI flagged your account for some reason (suspicious or random). Do your best to source profiles with ID verification included, once that's passed on FB end you'll have a lot less issues. If you don't have the ID's create one with a picture from the account on an ID...
