Bing should be illegal. Somtimes i write a URL in IE and the browser goes to Bing which then gives me a search result for. It's browser hijacking, i never installed any toolbar or anything like that.

Don't wait for them, Dipute it and if they make the software workable later they will tell you to purchase it again right after the refund. This is also a way to force them to do something about it.
