Depends on OP's situation. But Favicons have been going AWOL from even established sites in some mobile SERPS for a while. Randomly.

That update was not confirmed, though. How are your rankings otherwise? Most sites this happened to (both 10 Aug and later on) say their rankings are stable or even improving.

There are a few documented cases of sites that were doing perfectly fine in Google Discover completely vanishing fro the feed recently. For some it started after the 10 August "glitch" and never returned. Others say it started last week sometime before the sensors started spiking. Anyone here...

There's a lot of weird stuff going on with GSC and especially mobile results/rankings since around 15-18 September. Some people say that the pages returned by themselves, for others it is way more complicated including issues with Google selecting incorrect and unrelated canonicals.

Another "glitch"? One e-commerce client rocketed on Friday (highest average in about four months), started plunging again yesterday. Everything is volatile - no clear identifier (personally speaking) on what is causing what.
