I've stopped using proxies with TT at all. Under File -> Program Options -> Internet set the timer delay to 7 seconds and leave the field for the proxies blank. Then it will work fine. I have entered my AdWords details in to TT, but I don't know if this has an influence regarding the proxies.

If you have already liked a gig by clicking the like button, just choose another gig where you did NOT HIT THE LIKE BUTTON and start posting his URL to facebook. Then all the likes you've made for the first gig will also appear.
