do the people you follow have to meet a certain criteria? Like the account should be public / should not be a business profile etc etc. Or you just follow followers of target accounts without any filter?

How do you get the $10 threshold? You can do ads for lower tier countries with that. I did POD in Brazil with a $5 daily budget and made some money but I guess demand will be down in Brazil due to Covid

Interesting. Might give this a try. Have been trying to do this with automation and I get blocked out at about 40 follows in 24 hours
