How can someone install this one or WP Automatic without having to pay for the Wordpress business plan?

Hello people, recently I had this idea: what if I try to make an exact copy (clone) from a popular blog (with simple design) which is written in a foreign language but with all the pages already automatically translated to english by Google Translate? Does anyone know if it's possible and/or easy?
