Ecpm or cpm is how much you generate for 1000 clicks, that's how you measure the effectiveness of the campaigns.

They have two options for working, one with fix payouts usa payout is 23$. I personally prefer ecpm optimizer, cause from my experience payouts is irrelevant, if one offer pays 9$ and convert 10 times on 1000 clicks and second offer have payout 50$ but convert 1time per 1000 clicks,than you made...
