I've never faced this problem. I use Super you can get it from hxxp://www.erightsoft.com/S6Kg1.html Just load the MP4 in super, convert it to another format. If you want to be sure convert it to another format again (2 converts). Then upload it to youtube and it should work, if it still doesn't...

Do we need to blank the referrer when using incentivisable offers? I'm using a double re-direct but I think that may lower the conversions.. and if we are going to blank the referrer then we can possibly use any cpa not just incentivised...
