YT loves watchtime. If your video get watched 50%, 60%, 70%... YT knows, that this is high quality content. If you upload a video and bomb it with 3mins of paid high retention views, the avg watchtime is at around 10% and YT will think the video is plain crap!!!

I think shorts is useless..I used this, and gained a lot of subscribers, but they are fake and can disappear quickly. Also, shorts is quite random thing, great videos can gain no views, and sometimes trash videos can gain 300k views.

What if i would use cuts from other motivational speeches? An what is the cpm of this niche?
