Most (not all) training programs are worthless and under performing. People join them without doing due diligence. You're lucky if they have a refund policy, as many of them offer refunds only within the first week or two, not after completion of the course.

Why chargeback? Why did he go through the entire training if he wasn't happy? What he can do is write to the coach explaining that he is dissatisfied and hope they understand. Nobody wants to deal with an unhappy customer. He might get a refund.
