Its been just 20 days since i opened my biz accnt on IG and after manual follow/unfollow i got the message that i got ban for few days.

I too started my new Page account on IG and after few posts my account got banned till 10th june.. I was just following peeps. Can anyone suggest me what is the daily limit of foll/unfoll so that i can play on safer side and IG dont treat my account as bot.. Thanks!!
