Hacking random websites is not toooo difficult using exploitation tools around the web, these are script kiddies. Then they just use another script to send scams with their shitty writing. Some will be whitelisted, and will hit inbox. I actually know a way to ALWAYS hit inbox, but I'm white hat :D
