I fell out of the loop these couple past years, I'd like to stay up to date with the above.

I am planning to have this commentary channel with a host monetized, but I won't start seriously grinding until im sure I can get monetized.

I am planning to base my whole channel on this, so it's crucial for me to find out this information.
Plan is to take viral events ( mr beast, burj new years fireworks, any viral happening) and show this content in long form to an audience of a foreign language using the same shots that the videos in question used (20seconds max per one).
Can I even do this? Am I strictly limited to pictures...
