Martin, by now you should know that resetting your password does not work, because the reset password email is never received. Your system is broken on many fronts. People are stuck. They can't login, they can't reset, and they can't even contact you to get those two issues resolved.

Usually when you are overhauling the site you keep the working legacy site running while you develop the other one in a staging environment. Right now I cannot login despite the claim that the login is working.

I am not sure if this verification is working. It says "pending", but it also gives me "Missing Required Field" error. What field is missing exactly? I have no clue.

It looks like every plugin Festinger offers is now forked with new names and thumbnail images. Because of the name changes and unique thumbnail images to every plugin, it is a bit of nightmare to use. The collections seems to have gotten very small as well.

I've been trying to contact Festinger through email twice to be able to login, and I'm not getting any responses. I'm a lifetime member, can't login, and not getting recovery pass when I try.

The amount of websites I can install the plugin on has restrictions depending on the plan. With the current vault I can download and install on as many domains as I wish.

So, are you discountinuing https://festingerbhw.com/ It seems so, since you are adding new items to the vault but I don't see any new items at https://festingerbhw.com/ since December 22. I like everything about the vault except for the domain restrictions.
