you're talking about Long Tail keywords and that was explained by Bluematter. I think too it's the best solution to combine a main keyword with related keywords beacause with the website it will be hard to rank the main keyword in first page of search engines.

You can use Keyword planner tool in Google adwords, it's almost the same thing with few changes ;)

I have a question a bout Keyword Density. Do we have to calculate the density only in the main article (the text) or in the entier web page including Meta, Images Alt, banners ... I read that it should be between 1% and 3 %. Is it right ?
