I've used it once and never again. 100% better if you figure the internal links out yourself. It costs you some extra time but it gives you the competitive edge which the tool doesn't provide you IMO.

You're talking blackhat methods. You might want to try out adding the link which you would like to be indexed into different referral websites. I have never tried this methode, but I know that good referral website get crawled pretty frequently
